We are writing this newsletter from our hometown of Madison, Wisconsin where the Wally Byam Airstream folks are having their 2009 International Rally. They have had a good turnout of units here so traveling is definitely recovering.

Our Chairman Doris Pritchard, with her husband Charles, were here representing our ICA organization along with Jim and Sally Elmlinger, our ICA-USA Honorary Membership Officer. In the crowd of Airstreamers were also a number of ICA-USA members. Jim had us on the agenda for a session on ICA and had also scheduled a follow up Cocktail Party both of which were well attended.

There are a number of ICA-USA tours coming up that we would like to bring to your attention. Mike Corning is developing a 2011 Snowbirds tour from Houston to Los Angeles. Give him a call if you would like to join in on this effort. Jim Elmlinger and myself are continuing to work up a repeat tour of the highly successful 2005 Tour of the South, running from Atlanta to the Gulf Coast, to New Orleans and the swamps of Lafayette, LA, up through Mississippi to Nashville, over to Huntsville, Alabama, on to North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountain country, to Ashville, than to Charleston and Savannah and finally returning to Atlanta. Anyone that would like to participate in running this tour is welcomed.
New Member Effort

We are looking for additional members for ICA. Find enclosed our new ICA-USA brochure. Please hand them out to your RV friends and ask them to join ICA. Remember, for two signed members your annual membership is free. Note that our ICA web site continues to improve. Keep an eye on it for the latest in ICA news…www.ICACaravanning.Org
